Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services.
• Background in strategy, transformation, or advisory roles with multiple client or stakeholder engagements.
• Exposure to industry financial planning software platforms.
• Prior experience supporting advisor-facing digital tools or workflows.
• Familiarity with executive reporting and status cadences.

Responsibilities

• Play a central role in the Planning and Advice Transformation, shaping strategy, roadmap, and execution for a modern planning experience.
• Support digital product initiatives across the Planning and Advice portfolio for advisor-facing capabilities.
• Structure and drive transformation workstreams from framing to execution with clear pace.
• Partner with Technology, Product, and Business teams to advance the unified planning system roadmap.
• Assist in digitizing new planning tools from requirements through launch and adoption.
• Synthesize information into clear recommendations and leadership materials.
