The role focuses on digitizing planning capabilities, evolving a unified planning system, and working across Tech, Product, and Business teams. The ideal candidate blends problem-solving with digital product fluency and a working knowledge of financial planning concepts,

Qualifications

Experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services.
Strategy, transformation, or advisory roles with multiple client or stakeholder engagements.
Exposure to industry financial planning software platforms.
Experience supporting advisor-facing digital tools or workflows.
Familiarity with executive reporting cadences.

Responsibilities

Play a central role in the Planning and Advice Transformation and advance the modernized planning experience for advisors.
Support digital product initiatives across the Planning and Advice portfolio.
Structure and drive transformation workstreams from framing to execution.
Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Product, and Business teams to advance the unified planning system roadmap.
Assist in digitization of new planning tools for advisors from requirements gathering through adoption.
Synthesize information into clear recommendations and leadership-ready materials.
Support advisor enablement through training materials and communications.
Contribute to executive updates and weekly leadership progress updates.
Act as a utility player across transformation initiatives as priorities evolve.
