Job summary

Save the Children seeks a strategic leader to oversee Program Implementation, guiding governance, planning, and performance across PHFFA initiatives. You will translate organizational priorities into actionable workplans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, data-driven reporting to senior leadership.

You will drive KPI development, monitor performance against annual objectives, and support board materials with Save the Children branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading change processes.
  • Ability to work with senior-level executives to move complex issues forward.
  • Proven decision-making and sound judgement in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience developing and working on strategic plans.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to multi-task across Agency departments.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals and teams at all levels, internally and externally.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Provide visibility into department operations and performance.
  • Manage PI senior management team governance, meeting cadence, decisions, priorities, workplans, and resource alignment.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for PI SMT and quarterly PI ESMT meetings; distribute notes and track action items.
  • Coordinate retreat priorities and PI SMT workstreams.
  • Translate high-level priorities into workplans with owners, timelines, milestones, and resourcing.
  • Coordinate SCI and PI leadership PHFFA meetings and communications.
  • Track PHFFA countries/projects, opportunities, and approved awards.
  • Maintain a consolidated PI resourcing tracker and flag budget or planning misalignments.
  • Own and maintain the PI SaveNet page and team landing pages.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc communications and updates.
  • Support board materials and presentations using Save the Children branding.
  • Manage PHFFA agreements, policies, guidance, trainings, and related knowledge resources.
  • Monitor PI performance and analyze data against annual objectives.
  • Lead finalization of USP metrics and reporting cadence.
  • Develop KPI scorecards for leadership.
  • Coordinate end-to-end KPI processes, data collection, reporting timelines, stakeholder alignment, and visual development.
  • Engage in SCUS and global movement transformation projects and provide progress updates.
  • Track cross-departmental PHFFA activities and milestones, identify dependencies, and escalation issues to PI SMT
