Farther is seeking an Advisor Marketing Manager to own the strategy behind how our financial advisors build their brands and books, scaling marketing at pace. You will partner with advisors and leadership, shaping playbooks, editorial, and campaigns across digital channels, events, and partnerships.

This senior, IC role offers growth into leading a team as the company scales and an opportunity to impact how wealth management is marketed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of marketing experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Proven track record of building marketing programs from scratch.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading others, with genuine interest in growing into a people manager.
• Sharp copywriter who can turn complex financial concepts into clear content.
• Comfortable measuring and reporting on marketing performance and using it to inform strategy.
• Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple advisor stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the advisor marketing strategy, partnering directly with advisors to sharpen their personal brand and business development efforts
• Build repeatable marketing programs and playbooks (social calendars, campaign templates, event frameworks) that scale across a growing advisor base
• Set the editorial and content strategy across digital channels, ensuring every piece of copy sounds like Farther and lands with our audience
• Lead planning and execution of flagship events, from strategy through logistics through follow-up
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to double down on what works
• Manage relationships with agency and freelance partners, plus our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Webflow, and beyond)
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members today, with the opportunity to formally build and lead a team as the function scales
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, and Design to bring integrated campaigns to life
