Job summary

Farther is seeking an Advisor Marketing Manager to own the strategy behind how our advisors build their brands and their books. This senior IC role has a clear path to leading a team as we scale, partnering with advisors and leadership to shape playbooks and raise the bar for marketing across the firm.

You will lead the editorial and content strategy, ensure copy aligns with Farther’s voice, and drive flagship events from planning through follow-up, while mentoring junior team members today.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of marketing experience in wealth management, fintech, or marketing agency.
• Built marketing programs from scratch, not just executing existing playbooks.
• Experience mentoring or leading others with potential for team leadership.
• Strong copywriter with ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the advisor marketing strategy and grow advisors' personal brands and books.
• Build scalable marketing programs and playbooks (social, campaigns, events).
• Set editorial and content strategy across digital channels in Farther's voice.
• Plan and execute flagship events from strategy to follow-up.
• Track, measure, and report marketing effectiveness to inform strategy.
• Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers and marketing tech stack.
