Job summary

Phillips Edison & Company is seeking a Lead Enterprise Applications Developer in Cincinnati. The role combines hands-on development with team leadership, focusing on enterprise apps, data solutions, and secure integrations on Azure.

You will build modern web apps, REST APIs, and data pipelines using C#/.NET, Python, and Fabric, while guiding offshore resources and ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability across the estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Seven or more years of enterprise application and data-development experience with demonstrated delivery and leadership.
• Strong hands-on development skills in C#/.NET and Python with testing and production troubleshooting.
• Experience leading offshore teams, coordinating scrum ceremonies, and delivering across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and conduct performance reviews for developers; manage offshore resources.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications, REST APIs on Azure.
• Develop data pipelines, Power BI models, and semantic models in Fabric.
• Set engineering standards, CI/CD practices, and security/compliance controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and priorities.
