Job summary

Simplicity Group Holdings is seeking an Advisor Development Consultant to recruit and develop financial advisors in our Clearwater, FL office. You will engage advisors, analyze products and illustrations, and drive production using our consultative sales process.

You will collaborate with marketing and service teams to support new business, L&A, and ongoing advisor needs, with an emphasis on relationship building, communication, and a proactive, high-energy approach in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or other relevant job experience.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and retirement trends.
• Ability to pass the insurance and/or securities examinations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents/advisors and support a book of agents/advisors
• Provide product support, including comparative analysis, quotes, and illustrations
• Promote our market-leading marketing programs to your agents/advisors
• Coordinate with our service department to provide L&A, new business and support to your agents/advisors
• Promote product ideas to your agents/advisors
