Job summary

SRI Conference is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for GS Select, focusing on the onboarding of new lending and deposit products. You will coordinate term sheets, manage loans and deposits, and ensure a smooth onboarding lifecycle with strong risk and compliance awareness.

The role requires close collaboration with advisors and partner firms, delivering timely progress, clear guidance, and a high-quality client experience across a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years in financial services, operations, or client servicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex processes.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational systems; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• High degree of accuracy with client data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of securities-based loans and GS Select savings accounts, ensuring timely processing.
• Manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline, track status, and escalate delays or risks.
• Prepare, review, and validate client documentation and data inputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Regional Banking Directors and Service/Operations teams for coordinated execution.
• Provide guidance on onboarding requirements, product processes, and platform best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows and improve advisor/client experience.
