ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking an Advisor for EX Data and Analytics to guide HR data initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and maximize the value of investments across our systems and processes.

You will develop standard reports, dashboards, and analytical models, triage data requests, and translate findings into evidence-based recommendations for EX leadership. This role also supports data governance, privacy compliance, and collaborative work with customers, with

• Requires degree in a quantitative field and 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience with analytics, data extraction, and reporting.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday/PeopleSoft/Ultipro).

• Develops standard reports for frequent requests of EX data from the organization.
• Develops EX-specific dashboards or scorecards displaying key, relevant data.
• Develops analytical models, conducts data analysis, and generates insight to inform EX initiatives and decisions.
• Reviews and triages ad hoc requests for EX data.
• Responds to ad hoc requests for EX data by probing to understand the requestor’s need, analyzing relevant data, and providing recommendations to improve decisions.
• Supports EX projects and initiatives with data analysis, insight generation, and recommendations that improve decisions.
• Supports the development of presentation materials with relevant data, visuals, and storytelling.
• Supports data governance processes by monitoring data quality, addressing or escalating issues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

This role architects solutions by finding novel ways to leverage technology and processes, within and across all systems. This will maximize the value of ALSACs investments across products, people and processes.
