Job summary

Wayzeta High School is seeking an Esports advisor for the 2026-27 school year to lead our Esports program, organize practices and competitions, and mentor student players while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.

The advisor will coordinate team logistics, communicate with students, families, and school staff, manage equipment, and support students in balancing academics with competitive gaming, encouraging leadership and personal growth.

• Manage equipment, tryouts, and game-specific training plans.
• Adhere to WHS and ISD 287 policies and collaborate with the Activities Director.

Must be willing to work 3:30-5:30 3-5 nights per week during the school year. Advisors must follow all WHS and ISD 287 policies while working closely with the WHS Activities Director.
