Job summary

Planstin is seeking an Advisor & DPC Success Specialist to provide day-to-day support for our advisor and DPC partner network. You will handle onboarding, documentation collection, account setup in Hint and Zoho, and timely responses to advisor inquiries.

This role works with the Advisor & DPC Success Supervisor and cross‑functional teams to ensure resources, training materials, and reports are accurate and accessible.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Proven problem-solving skills and teamwork ability.
• Quick to learn new systems, processes, and products.

Responsibilities

• Support advisor onboarding, documentation, and account setup in Hint, Zoho, and other systems.
• Respond to advisor questions via phone, email, and other channels.
• Escalate complex issues to the Advisor & DPC Success Supervisor.
• Develop relationships with advisors and DPC partners.
• Distribute announcements and maintain advisor resources.
• Prepare recurring reports and pull enrollment data.
• Assist with commission processes and invoice reconciliation.
• Assist with member migrations and onboarding.
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions.
• Maintain data in Hint, Zoho, and ensure confidentiality.
• Identify efficiency improvements and support other teams.
