Job summary

Planstin is seeking an Advisor & DPC Success Specialist to provide day-to-day support for our advisor and DPC partner network. You’ll help with onboarding, communications, reporting, member transitions, and inquiries, collaborating with the Success Supervisor and internal teams to ensure advisors have the resources they need.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support advisor onboarding and contract setup across systems.
• Maintain advisor relationships through regular communications.
• Distribute advisor updates and keep training materials current.
• Prepare recurring advisor and broker reports pulling data from Hint/Zoho.
• Assist with weekly advisor commissions and reconciliation.
• Review monthly DPC and Gold Care invoices; maintain records.
• Assist with member migrations and onboarding activities.
• Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and meetings.
• Maintain data quality in Hint, Zoho and other systems.
• Identify process improvements and support other teams.
