Job summary

This role involves coordinating onboarding at on-site firm visits, maintaining retention trackers, and supporting events. It offers growth into strategic roles across the services organization and requires strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• College degree required or 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Experience with RedTail, eMoney, Albridge, Black Diamond preferred.
• Experience in wirehouse or independent advisor industry preferred.
• MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Retain clients by building relationships with new and veteran advisors across our national footprint.
• Coordinate technology platforms and track resolutions; familiarity with financial planning tools, CRM, and reporting software.
• Provide on-site transition support for onboarding advisor teams onto the Kestra platform; coordinate questions with SMEs.
• Assist with Kestra and PWS events, communications, and staff involvement.
• Generate regular reporting on issues, questions or escalations within the PWS ecosystem for executives.
