Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program to become Financial Advisors. You’ll build a personal book of business, source clients, and deliver tailored investment guidance as part of a structured training pathway.

You’ll complete mandated training, pass assessments, and develop the skills to provide end-to-end financial guidance while partnering with banking and investment teams. 1st shift in the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met.
• Minimum of one year experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offering.
• Positions the extensive capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America.
• Collects the necessary client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor, recommending investments suitable for prospects and clients.
• Documents all client interactions and opportunities within Salesforce accurately.
