Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program to become a Financial Advisor serving high-net-worth clients. You’ll develop relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations while collaborating with Merrill advisor teams.

The program emphasizes in-office collaboration, ongoing training through the Academy, and a pathway to grow your advisory capabilities and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63/65 in lieu of 66)
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met
• Minimum 1 year in investments industry with knowledge of products/services
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings
• Positions the extensive capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America
• Collects the necessary client profile data, following standard KYC procedures to open accounts
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor, recommending investments based on objectives/resources/time horizon/risk
• Documents all client interactions and opportunities within Salesforce
