It offers an opportunity to take ownership of complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and make a measurable impact on financial performance.

Accountabilities
  • Collections Operations and Payment Support: Collaborate regularly with offshore teams to support business-to-business collection activities, ensuring customers receive the information needed to facilitate timely payments and resolve outstanding account balances.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Issue Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to requests from offshore teams and internal stakeholders. Investigate concerns, coordinate appropriate actions, and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular quality audits of offshore team performance, including call monitoring, performance evaluations, and identification of service or process deficiencies. Communicate quality concerns to offshore team leads and follow up on improvement initiatives.
  • Training and Knowledge Development: Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions as needed to improve operational consistency, strengthen process knowledge, and support adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Onboarding and Systems Support: Assist with onboarding offshore team members by coordinating system access and helping ensure they have the tools and information required to perform their responsibilities effectively.
  • Process Improvement and Technical Problem-Solving: Apply comprehensive business and technical knowledge to complex operational challenges, contribute to the development of policies and procedures, and recommend practical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Work independently on projects of varying complexity, accept general guidance when starting new initiatives, and support less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentoring when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • Professional Experience: Approximately 3-5 years of business experience, preferably in collections, finance, accounts receivable, or customer service, with an understanding of payment processes and business customer relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. Familiarity with SAP and BusinessObjects is preferred.

  • Communication and Relationship Management: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with offshore teams, internal stakeholders, and external customers across different functions.
  • Quality and Process Management: Ability to evaluate service quality, monitor performance against expectations, document issues accurately, and follow escalation procedures through to resolution.
  • Organization and Accountability: Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and projects independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting operational objectives.
  • Training and Collaboration: Ability to prepare clear training resources, support onboarding activities, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies, developing practical solutions, improving processes, and contributing to the consistent delivery of business results.
