Marsh McLennan Agency in North Dakota seeks a Business Insurance Advisor to convert leads into qualified opportunities, recommend client-centered solutions, and manage executive-level relationships within the Sales team.

You will leverage the MMA sales model and cross-sell to other business lines, while delivering superior service to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Business-to-business sales experience with demonstrated sales successes.
• Passion for sales and extremely goal oriented with the ability to work independently and on a team.
• Strong phone sales and outside prospecting skills.
• Proactive in problem solving skills with the ability to adapt and think ahead.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (plus).

A day in the life.

As our Business Insurance Advisor on the Sales team, you'll develop leads into qualified opportunities, recommend solutions to meet the clients' expectations, and manage the executive-level client relationships while appropriately delegating daily activities to practice group team-members. These activities are accomplished by building client relationships and consultative sales skills while utilizing the MMA sales model and value-added resources. Includes cross-selling to other business lines.
