Your role in our mission

• Provides architectural oversight for the development of highly complex new and/or enhanced applications or products. Integrates components built by application developers and/or programmers as needed. Provides technical advice to other departments within the company.
• Reviews and conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies.
• Evaluates new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities into company products.
• Acts as liaison between third party vendors and company to procure, develop and/or integrate their applications into company products and to ensure that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines.
• Works with product development teams and senior designers on complex projects to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product.
• Owns Solutions / Post Sale / Integration of components.
• Typically works on large projects.
• Own Enterprise Architecture Framework and Architecture artifacts for accounts.
• Own technical governance and compliance.
• Own and lead Architecture Review Board for account.
• Own the technical roadmap for account.
• Analyzes data and drives operational improvements.
• Focused on root cause analysis and driving permanent correction.
• Client facing.
• Proactively shares solutions across accounts.
• Upskills the team.

What we're looking for

• 8 or more years of application designer experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software, to include C, Linux/Unix, and SQL.
• Experience with RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle and working with Health Care data preferred.
• Experience with software development tools, source code repositories such as GitLab and basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel.
