Job summary

Faricy Automotive in Colorado Springs is seeking a results-driven Service Advisor to support the service department, greet customers, identify vehicle service needs, and present maintenance recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience.
• Knowledge of common automotive repairs and maintenance (oil changes, brakes, shocks, struts, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Confidence in explaining and recommending services to customers.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform walk-around vehicle inspections.
• Create accurate repair orders and service estimates.
• Clearly explain services, timelines, and costs.
• Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines.
