AdviseTX College Advisers will help Texas high school students with the aim to increase college and career readiness and postsecondary enrollment among low‑income, first‑generation and under‑represented high school students. AdviseTX Hybrid College Advisers will be responsible for ensuring students have the necessary information to explore the full range of college options, host events and workshops geared towards college admission and financial aid, track student engagement and programmatic milestones leading to enrollment, and more. This is a grant‑funded position. Continued employment is contingent upon available grant funding.
