Truist is seeking a leader to formulate a viable Advice & Planning strategy and support the organization by increasing capability, confidence, and capacity of teammates to deliver advice to clients. The role integrates the Advice & Planning model with emphasis on impact, quality, executional excellence, consistency, and long-term relevance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to coach Wealth leaders and teammates one-on-one and in groups.
• Able to lead in a matrix environment with project and process expectations.
• Define and lead execution of business objectives and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word, and other business apps.
• Well organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategy and execute initiatives per Advice & Planning Group priorities.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation in advice delivery and resources through creation and editing.
• Coach Wealth leaders to integrate the relationship advisory process and tools.
• Coordinate and execute business operation and process excellence including planning and manuals.
• Scale advice and planning to create self-sufficiency with tools and free up Advisor capacity.
• Design and manage metrics and reporting; interpret outcomes to guide strategy changes.
• Oversee adherence to processes and ensure high-quality management of business processes.
• Collaborate with Truist leaders and partners across the organization.
• Maintain proficient use of required systems and tools.
• Adhere to financial planning processes, policies, regulations, and risk management.
