Job summary

Truist seeks a professional to provide consultative, sales and technical support to one or more Financial Advisors, collaborating closely to meet client needs and sourcing prospects. You will lead the Advisor team, contributing to short- and long-term strategic planning and execution of the team's value proposition.

Role requires a Bachelor's in business/finance and FINRA licenses, plus 4 years experience including securities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking or equivalent education/experience.
• 4 years professional experience, including 1 year in securities.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• State health and life insurance licenses; registrations must match advisor(s) supported.

Responsibilities

• Participate in establishing strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase revenue.
• Consult clients and prospects on goals, objectives and risk tolerance to determine suitable investment products and services and implement them.
• Assist clients with trades, information requests, research, account problems, etc.
• Provide client relationship management support, including ongoing counsel, relationship reviews and service initiatives.
• Participate in preparation for and delivery of client presentations and engagements.
• Assist the Advisor in developing profitable levels of securities and insurance sales through opportunities identified via networking and referrals.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards set by Truist, FINRA and regulators.
