Job summary

Hubbard Radio is a full-service media company with 16 radio stations and digital solutions in northern Minnesota. We are looking for a Marketing Consultant to sell advertising, prospect new direct-business accounts, and build strong client relationships in Brainerd, MN.

You will present solutions, handle collections, and collaborate with multiple departments to create effective promotional campaigns. Evening and weekend availability is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with broadcasting/digital terminology.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets including spot, digital, and new direct business.
• Prepare and complete sales presentations with decision makers.
• Make presentations including needs analysis, research and documentation.
• Follow up and close all pending business in a timely manner.
• Update Manager weekly on progress of pending business.
