Job description



Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for organization and a passion for advertising? We're looking for an Advertising Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this vital role, you'll manage every aspect of weekly circular ad production-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand standards across multiple versions, zones, and blocks.



Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday in-office



Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee ad change management by verifying, documenting, and implementing updates from cross-functional teams

  • Proof ad content for accuracy-ensuring prices, copy, images, coupons, disclaimers, and other critical elements are correct and compliant

  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain consistency across ad blocks and zones

  • Communicate weekly ad changes and work closely with internal teams and external vendors

  • Route proofs and deliver finalized ad files for production and distribution




Qualifications:



  • At least 3 years of experience in ad production or a similar field

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency with Macintosh OS, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset




Preferred Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field


  • Experience in retail or promotional marketing


  • Knowledge of advertising versioning and DSD (Direct Store Delivery) strategies
