Advertising Operations Specialist

This role will report to the Ad Operations Manager as part of the Advertising Operations team, overseeing Western Union's digital ad campaigns. Responsibilities include campaign trafficking, management, optimization, and reporting for all digital ad campaigns. The role requires translating client needs into actionable tasks, collaborating with other teams, and learning new technologies and systems.

Role Responsibilities

1. Traffic and monitor display campaigns in Google Ad Manager, Vistar Cortex Ad Server, and DSP buyer seats.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues on live campaigns.
3. QA flighting/setup, creative, and launching of campaigns.
4. Manage campaign pacing, adjusting as needed to ensure full budget delivery.
5. Work with sales and other teams to obtain campaign assets and manage client expectations.
6. Coordinate with marketing teams to obtain digital assets and manage GAM and Vistar house campaigns.
7. Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns.
8. Perform other duties as deemed appropriate and necessary.

Role Requirements

• 2-5 years in an advertising operations role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
• High proficiency with GAM/DFP, DOOH including Vistar, SSPs (e.g., Google Ad, Index Exchange), Excel.
• Working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD, Criteo).
• Programmatic experience is required.
