Advertising Solutions Overview

Advertising Solutions is T-Mobile’s fast-growing advertising technology business. It leverages high-quality mobile data from the T-Mobile network to enable advertisers to build audience segments based on app ownership and usage insights. T-Mobile is bringing innovative solutions to the advertising space, making more channels and better data accessible to advertisers of all kinds.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Build and execute campaigns on emerging media channels utilizing first and third-party platforms to achieve client goals consistently
  2. Function as a skilled practitioner on advertising and monetization products across the T-Ads portfolio.
  3. Identify product gaps and poor performance through data analysis and troubleshooting opportunities, escalating appropriately to reach external partners.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new monetization opportunities and operational efficiencies for product updates and process improvements.
  5. Support internal stakeholders and client-facing teams through communication of performance and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Assess and resolve discrepancies and technical delivery challenges to ensure minimal disruption to performance and client satisfaction.
  7. Maintain industry knowledge, product expertise, and share best practices within the team and organization.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, STEM (Required)
  2. Ad Operations experience in a publisher or advertising agency (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze results and develop strategic plans for business growth (Required)
  2. Communication: Effective communication skills to facilitate goals externally (Preferred)
  3. Advertising Industry Knowledge and Future Outlook (Required)
  4. Digital Marketing Experience (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:

  1. Relevant certifications such as DMP, SSP, DSPs, Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, etc. (Required)

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $66,400 - $119,800. Corporate Bonus Target: 10%.
