What Will You Do?

Are you an innovative storyteller with a passion for producing, creating, and managing all aspects of video and audio production? At Federated, you’ll play a vital role in crafting high-quality content that supports our training initiatives, promotional efforts, and advertising needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Projects– From initial brainstorming to final delivery, you’ll manage diverse projects, ensuring they align with internal business partners expectations, stay on budget, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Teams– Work closely with internal creative staff, business partners, freelancers, and vendors to develop exceptional digital media content.
• Oversee Production Details– Handle everything from script reviews and creative direction to visual effects, animations, and video editing.
• Enhance Experiences– Support business meetings, events, and presentations with your expert audio-visual skills.

Minimum Requirements

We’re looking for someone with a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills. Here’s what you need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree(or equivalent experience) in video production or a related field.
• 3+ years of experiencewith a strong portfolio showcasing your video production expertise.
• Advanced knowledge ofAdobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent software), digital design, and camera operations.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A knack forstrategic thinking, problem solving, and adapting to fast-paced environments.
• Exceptionalcommunication and collaboration skillsto bring ideas to life with diverse teams.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Pay range is $70,500 - $95,300.
