Job summary

Wakefern Food Corp. in New Jersey is seeking an Advertising Admin responsible for weekly advertisement support for Health & Beauty and Non-Foods divisions.

This role works directly with the Advertising Specialist to execute and support advertising initiatives. Duties include base retail price changes in SAP, creating product groups and price families in SAP, maintaining weekly reports for committee members, and handling weekly and special commitment books.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in an administrative capacity is strongly preferred
• Aptitude for detail and figure-oriented work

Responsibilities

• Base Retail Price Changes for HBC and Non-Foods divisions in SAP
• Creation of Product Groups and Price Families for HBC and Non-Foods divisions in SAP
• Adjusting Product Groups and Price Families with new items
• Weekly Maintenance for Zone Specific Price Plus adjustments
• Maintain weekly reports for Committee Members
• Process discontinued items in SAP
• Create and maintain weekly & special commitment books for HBC and Non Foods
• Use SAP for the creation of Signs

About You

Summary

The Advertising Admin Is responsible for weekly advertisement support for both the Health & Beauty and Non-Foods divisions. This role works directly with the Advertising Specialist to execute and support the advertising initiatives for the divisions.

Core Functions

The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for Base Retail Price Changes for both for HBC and Non Foods divisions in SAP
• Creation of Product Groups and Price Families for both for HBC and Non Foods divisions in SAP
• Adjusting of Product Groups and Price Families with the addition of new items
• Weekly Maintenance for Zone Specific Price Plus adjustments
• Maintain weekly Reports for Committee Members
• Process discontinued items in SAP
• Creates and maintains weekly & special commitment books for HBC and Non Foods
• Use SAP for the creation of Signs

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office suite required. Prior experience in Ad management and RAPID system preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in an administrative capacity is strongly preferred
• Aptitude for detail and figure-oriented work

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business demands
• Ability to monitor computer screens for long periods of time
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule as established by the division (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $22 to $33 per hour. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
