The North Face in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store leadership team by ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved. You model the voice of our brand and coach associates to improve performance, while fostering an authentic, inclusive environment that values individuality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience valued.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and coaching.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer centric mindset and an inclusive store environment while modeling selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
• Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
• Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to policies and procedures
