You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop a high-performing staff, drive sales, manage inventory and floor presentation, and uphold safety and park policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or attraction/entertainment management experience required.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and park operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team of associates.
• Monitor sales performance, set goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and retail floor presentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with park and company policies.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and operational KPIs.
