Lululand Adventure Park in Richmond, VA is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our front-line team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences at our premier attraction.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop a high-performing staff, drive sales, manage inventory and floor presentation, and uphold safety and park policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or attraction/entertainment management experience required.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred.
