Job summary

Fritz’s Adventure in Branson, MO is hiring a Facilities, Course & Maintenance Technician to keep our indoor and outdoor attractions safe, clean, and welcoming for guests and team members.

You will perform daily upkeep, preventative maintenance, inspections of aerial course elements, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety procedures, and you’ll document work and coordinate with the Facility Compliance Manager. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21+ years of age or older and valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of building maintenance incl. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals and maintenance docs.
• Ability to work independently and with Operations and team members.
• Willing to work indoors/outdoors in varying weather, nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily opening/closing walkthroughs and ensure facility readiness.
• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain aerial adventure equipment and course elements.
• Document inspections, repairs, and supply needs with maintenance reports.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accessibility across all guest areas.
• Coordinate repairs with qualified professionals and safety personnel.
