Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 2 to join our resort team in Branson, MO. You will supervise maintenance staff, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operation of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems including pools.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in facilities maintenance, OSHA awareness, and a CPO/AFO certification or equivalent, with a valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Experience in supervisory-level resort maintenance.
• 1–2 years in building and facilities maintenance.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO).
• OSHA awareness and safety compliance knowledge.
• Proficient communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient maintenance of the resort assets.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff and daily tasks.
• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments on work orders.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and pools.
