• Bachelor's degree or two years equivalent experience.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Strong Christian character compatible with TM Camping's mission and values.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead hikes and teach lessons aligned with state standards.
• Develop professional relationships with coworkers, guests, and teachers.
• Lead program elements (rock wall, archery, songs, games, chapels, worship, skits, dances, team building).
• Supervise groups during overnight activities and travel between sites.
• Attend team meetings, assist in cleaning and inventory, and provide first aid when needed.
