Job summary

TM Camping is seeking Outdoor Education Program Instructors to lead hikes, teach lessons aligned with state science standards, and guide students through a variety of program elements in a faith-based setting.

In this role you will teach the outdoor education curriculum, hike over varied terrain, and supervise students during meals and overnight stays, while traveling to multiple program sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of equivalent experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification with in-person training.
• Full agreement with TM Camping's faith, mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Instruct groups of students on 3, 4, or 5 day programs.
• Lead activities including rock wall, archery, songs, games, chapels, worship, skits and team building.
• Enforce dining hall standards during meals.
• Supervise a group of students overnight.
• Travel to multiple program sites.
