The adventure concierge is also responsible for all merchandise sales from the gift shop. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Completes pre-arrival emails and calls before guest arrival to book activities, spa services, and schedule dining times • Be a point of contact for guests to inform guest of special happenings during their stay and to answer any questions they may have • Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database • Creates unique memorable experiences for our guests • Knowledge of merchandise and be able to help guests with sales • Re-stocking Gift Shop floor as needed • Have solid computer and various software knowledge: POS, Inventory systems, Excel, Word, Outlook • Assist with monthly inventory of shops, storage areas, and satellite retail locations • Reviews traces daily and confirms information with other departments • Audit activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy • Communicates accurate guest information & preferences to other team members & departments • Monitors website content to ensure accurate even information is posted Must comply with all company policies and procedures. To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required. Must be able to work well with other Team Members and Managers and interact with our guests.
