Millers Cove RdWalland, TN 37886The Private Owner Housekeeping role is a fast-paced position responsible for maintaining privately owned homes on property. This team helps ensure homes are well cared for and maintained according to established standards and owner preferences.**Pay Range:** $15.00-16.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Must be detail-oriented in all cleaning aspects • Bring laundry to the warehouse for pick up by the laundry facility • Vehicle maintenance – ensure golf carts and vans are cleaned out at the end of each shift and, when applicable, plugged in or prepared for the next shift. • Notify Owners Administrator and/or Leadership and Maintenance of any issues immediately • Check rooms for final inspection after he/she has cleaned• Prepared to assist with cleaning and laundering duties as needed to support daily operations, if neededMust comply with all company policies and procedures.To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.
