Job summary

Grace Adventures is seeking seasonal staff to lead and support the adventure team during camp and guest group programs. You will help run activities, ensure safety, and uphold camp policies while fostering spiritual and physical fitness to minister.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and hands-on guidance for activity sites such as target sports, waterfront, high adventure, and outdoor games. Housing and meals are provided during contracts.

Qualifications

• Have a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Love for kids and adults and the ability to communicate with them.
• Good health and stamina for long hours and variable weather.
• Willing and teachable attitude; experience leading people is a plus.
• Team-based mindset; minimum age 18 (21+ preferred).
• Lifeguard certification not required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the overall ministry and lead the adventure staff in delivering activity based programming.
• Help run camp, guest group, and Community Worship programs.
• Complete staff training and follow camp policies.
• Oversee and provide feedback to other staff as part of the leadership team.
• Maintain safety and enforce camp rules and Grace procedures.
• Plan and coordinate setup of activities; teach staff skills to perform duties.
