HireHi ищет инженера поддержки инвестиционных платформ для работы с Advent Geneva/SS&C Geneva. Ваша задача — проектировать, развивать и поддерживать решения по учету, портфельному управлению и операциям фонда на всем торговом цикле и в системе отчетности.

Будет полезен опыт разработки рабочих процессов, правил учета и интеграций с OMS, хранилищами данных и поставщиками рыночных данных. Требуется знание SQL, Python и умение работать в распределённых командах.

Qualifications

• Не менее 3 лет опыта инженером поддержки инвестиционных платформ.
• Экспертиза Advent Geneva / SS&C Geneva, настройка рабочих процессов, правил учета и security master.
• Опыт работы в области Asset Management/Investment Management и знание цикл торговли.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и поддержка решений Advent Geneva по учету инвестиций и управлению портфелем на протяжении торгового цикла и отчётности.
• Разработка и поддержка рабочих процессов Geneva, правил учета и конфигурации security master.

The team develops and supports Geneva-based solutions for investment accounting, portfolio management, and fund operations across the trade lifecycle and reporting ecosystem.

• Design, develop, configure, and support Advent Geneva solutions for investment accounting, portfolio management, and fund operations across the trade lifecycle and reporting ecosystem.


• Develop and maintain Geneva workflows, business rules, accounting rules, security setups, and operational processes for complex investment products.


• Implement and support investment accounting and transaction processing across equities, fixed income, derivatives, private assets, and other investment instruments.


• Configure and maintain security master, portfolio, entity, book, accounting basis, and reference data in Geneva.


• Develop and maintain integrations between Geneva and upstream and downstream systems, including OMS, data warehouses, custodians, market data providers, and reporting platforms.


• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, data extracts, and reconciliation processes supporting Geneva operations.


• Analyze and resolve production issues, data discrepancies, accounting breaks, and transaction-processing exceptions with Investment Operations and Accounting teams.


• Support trade lifecycle processing, including trade capture, settlement, corporate actions, cash movements, income processing, and position and accounting updates.


• Develop automated solutions for data validation, reconciliation, exception management, and operational controls.


• Partner with Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, Finance, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Participate in designing and implementing Geneva enhancements, releases, upgrades, and platform integrations.


• Perform impact analysis and regression testing for changes affecting investment accounting and downstream reporting.


• Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, process documentation, and operational runbooks.


• Support UAT, system integration testing, production deployments, and post-release validation.


• Monitor data and application processes and proactively identify issues affecting portfolio valuation, positions, cash, transactions, and financial reporting.


• Ensure solutions comply with the company's technology, security, data governance, change management, and SDLC standards.


• Work with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders, including US-based business and technology teams, to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.


• Participate in on-call and production support when required, including investigating time-sensitive investment accounting and operational issues.


• Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, data quality, and operational efficiency across Geneva-based processes.


• Contribute to modernization initiatives, including Geneva-to-cloud/data-platform integrations, API-based services, enterprise data platforms, and reporting modernization.

Требования:

• At least 3 years of experience as an engineer supporting investment or asset management platforms.


• Expertise in Advent Geneva / SS&C Geneva, including workflows, accounting rules, and security master configuration.


• Strong background in Asset Management and Investment Management.


• Understanding of investment accounting and portfolio management concepts, including NAV, valuation, positions, cash, cost basis, realized/unrealized P&L, accruals, and income.


• Knowledge of trade lifecycle and post-trade processing, including trade settlement, corporate actions, and multi-currency accounting.


• Familiarity with security master and reference data, investment entities and funds, and general ledger integration.


• Proficiency in SQL / T-SQL, including stored procedures, data extracts, and performance tuning.


• Skills in ETL/ELT, data integration, APIs, and system integrations with custodians, brokers, and market data providers.


• Competency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and data processing.


• Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.


• Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow for issue tracking and change management.


• Ability to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational controls across fixed income, equities, and derivatives.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level).


• Будет плюсом: Background in accounting and financial operations, experience in portfolio management functions and workflows, proficiency in SQL scripting, knowledge of trade finance processes, hands-on exposure to end-to-end trade lifecycle operations.
