The role requires a Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) and 1 year of higher-education experience, with strong coordination, communication, and engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Master of Science or Master of Arts degree and 1 year of experience in higher education.
• Doctorate preferred.
• Experience with mentoring undergraduate students and experiential education.

Responsibilities

• Manage OUR portfolio of undergraduate research programs and recruit students.
• Provide training and consulting to faculty mentors and develop onboarding structures.
• Plan and manage events, conferences, and campus-wide programs.
• Engage with campus partners, supervise student workers, and support professional development.
