• Lead transformation strategy spanning people, processes, data, technology, and operating models.
• Assess current organizational design and design future-state models for efficiency and donor focus.
• Direct data, analytics, and AI capabilities to advance engagement and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation strategy and roadmap across people, processes, data, technology.
• Assess and redesign operating models for greater efficiency and donor experience.
• Develop and deploy AI and analytics to improve alumni engagement and fundraising outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and change-management to realize value.
• Partner with Advancement IT and university partners to implement scalable data and technology architecture.
