Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

We seek someone capable of using their development experience to take Mosaic to the next level.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

SALARY:$60k -$65k

BENEFITS:15 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, paid sick days, optional unpaid time off, health insurance

RELATIONSHIP:Reports to the Executive Director

You would be responsible for:

·Identifying new life-affirming members of our community to develop, cultivate, and maintain authentic relationships (acquisition), including management of our monthly giving community

·Establishing relationships with current supporters and managing existing portfolios (retention)

·Communicating Mosaic Health’s vision, mission, and goals to supporters through personal meetings, phone calls, emails, and texts

·Speaking with supporters about their philanthropic goals (including planned giving)

·Continually acknowledging supporters for their gifts and commitment to the mission

·Compiling retention and acquisition reports, among other metrics

·Utilizing and updating the current financial database

·Coordinating Mosaic’s annual fundraising gala
