Job summary

Mosaic in Beatrice, Nebraska is seeking a Community Impact & Donor Relations Manager to lead community outreach, donor development, and engagement initiatives. The role focuses on building partnerships, storytelling, and mobilizing volunteers to support our mission locally.

You will collaborate across faith communities and local organizations, travel locally for events, and represent Mosaic with flexibility in hours. Strong relationship skills and strategic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar PR, fundraising or community relations role (grant writing and volunteer management experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Awareness: Develop community awareness plans, build partnerships, and showcase Mosaic's work.
• Volunteer & Church Relations: Recruit and direct volunteer teams while fostering connections across the local faith community.
• Donor & Grant Development: Cultivate donor relationships, assist with local fundraising, and collaborate on grant proposals.
• Master Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Organizational Dynamo: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Adaptable & Mobile: Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours to represent Mosaic at community events.
• Public Relations Savvy: Knowledge of modern communication principles, social media relations, and promotional strategies.

How You'll Make a Difference
