Jimmy John's Sandwiches in Seattle seeks an Assistant Manager to help with day-to-day restaurant operations, including supervising a team of about 10, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring quick, accurate sandwich service with Rockstar customer service.

You will report to the General Manager and may monitor all restaurant functions during shifts, with 2 opening shifts and 3 closing shifts; weekends required. Perks include advancement opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualificações

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and meet age requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assists General Manager in managing a staff of ~10 employees.
• Assists in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Greet customers, take orders, use the cash register, and assemble orders to maintain speedy service.
• Route deliveries and assist drivers to ensure fast delivery times.
• Assist with daily food preparation of meat and vegetables, and oversee fresh bread production.
• Assist General Manager with reports and paperwork as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required per Area Manager needs.
