Job summary

The University of Chicago’s Harris School Alumni Relations is seeking an Assistant Director of Advancement Operations. This role supports the Advancement team through project management, data management, communications, and event operations, enabling lifelong relationships with Harris alumni, parents, and friends to advance school objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Project management across Advancement programs, including event technology initiatives.
• Manage data using Phoenix (Salesforce-based) and maintain constituent records.
• Maintain accurate CRM communications activity and enter reports and proposals.
• Oversee end-to-end event management, registration, and materials for Advancement events.
• Design and deploy email communications in HubSpot and support website content.
• Assist fundraising writing and donor correspondence."
