Job summary

The University of Chicago Advancement team is seeking a skilled professional to conduct prospect research, manage donor data, and provide analytical insights to bolster fundraising efforts. This role supports the Foundation and Corporate Relations unit across multiple systems, forecasting, and reporting deliverables.

Hybrid work schedule with in-office presence weekly; candidates should have 2–5 years in fundraising or related fields and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in fundraising, alumni relations or nonprofit management.
• Background with development systems and data analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates entry and maintenance of prospect data across Phoenix and other systems.
• Develops reports and analytics to improve fundraising results.
• Reconciles data between multiple systems (AURA, Orbit, Phoenix) for forecasting.
• Supports large-scale FCR projects with data-driven guidance.
• Assists with special foundation reporting requirements.
