Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of fundraising event planning and management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, projecting costs, and negotiating.
• Experience in Event Planning Software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion.
• Develop timelines, budgets, sponsorship plans, and vendor selections.
• Oversee event production, venue selection, catering, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Communications for event publicity.
• Research new event opportunities to raise revenue.
• Manage revenue and NET revenue goals with the Advancement Director.
• Lead volunteers and committee members; ensure alignment with goals.
• On-site management during events.
• Post-event analysis and reporting.
