Job summary

MASS MoCA is seeking an Advancement Coordinator to support fundraising, stewardship, and administrative tasks for the Chief Advancement Officer and the Advancement team. You will maintain donor records, track gifts, and ensure data integrity in Tessitura while assisting with proposals, reports, and donor communications.

The role requires coordinating donor meetings, producing materials, and providing project support to the Major Gifts staff. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in fundraising or nonprofit administration.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day fundraising, stewardship, and administrative support.
• Maintain donor records and gift tracking in Tessitura.
• Prepare donor correspondence, proposals, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate donor meetings and cultivation activities.
• Produce monthly advancement reports and stewardship materials.
