Responsibilities

  • Implement advancement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Advancement.
  • Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns and events.
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on all advancement priorities.
  • Maintain donor records and data integrity in DonorPerfect.
  • Execute timely and thoughtful donor acknowledgments and stewardship communications.
  • Lead planning and logistics for major events (Legacy Dinner, donor receptions, etc.).
  • Coordinate vendors, volunteers, and timelines; ensure excellence in execution.
  • Generate reports and assist with data tracking; support communication efforts.

What This Role Is

Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a highly organized, relational, and mission-driven Development Coordinator to support and execute advancement initiatives.

This is a collaborative role that works in close partnership with the Director of Advancement to carry forward the vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution of fundraising, donor engagement, and events.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecution & Coordination
  • Implement advancement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Advancement
  • Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns and events
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on all advancement priorities
Donor Relations & Stewardship
  • Heavy contact and relationship management
  • Maintain donor records and data integrity in DonorPerfect
  • Execute timely and thoughtful donor acknowledgments
  • Assist in stewardship efforts that ensure donors feel known and valued
Event Coordination
  • Lead planning and logistics for major events (Legacy Dinner, donor receptions, etc.)
  • Coordinate vendors, volunteers, and timelines
  • Ensure excellence in execution from start to finish
Administrative & Systems Support
  • Generate reports and assist with data tracking
  • Support communication efforts (emails, mailings, campaign materials)
  • Help maintain organized systems and processes across advancement
