• Develop and implement annual plans for fundraising and donor engagement.
• Oversee capital campaigns, major gifts, and donor recognition programs.
• Build relationships with foundations, corporations, alumni, and community partners.
• Provide training and resources to board members to act as ambassadors for the school.
• Promote the school’s visibility and community support.
